My Heartbroken Death Poem by Justin Hendricks

My Heartbroken Death

You keep pushing me away.
Then praying for me to stay.
But this day you pushed me too far.
It will now be just too hard,
To come back to your despair.
Because my heart is now beyond repair.

You shut me out of your life.
Hurt me far worse than any knife.
But I still held on too my dreams.
Dreams slipping away it now seems.

Feeling like I've been left in the cold.
Unable to do as I'm told.
I will stand by you one last time.
And dream once more of how you were mine.

Hate penetrating into my heart.
My lifes unable to start.
I must now end it all.
For I cannot bear this fall.

Pain engulfs while darkness surrounds.
Bleeding wrists never so profound.
You can't hurt me anymore.
Since you were all I was really here for.
