My Imaginary Friends Poem by Belinda Richmond

I had a CONVERSATIONS with
my FRIENDS in my NOGGIN,
Some PEOPLE say I'm CRAZY,
they say that I'm BUGGIN.

It's better to TALK to
the PEOPLE in my HEAD,
Then to the PEOPLE of
this WORLD TODAY, INSTEAD.

No, I'm not CRAZY or
out of my MIND,
It's just the PEOPLE of
today aren't very, very KIND.

This WORLD has CHANGED,
it's just not the same,
The PEOPLE have lost it,
and COMPLETELY gone INSANE.

This WORLD TODAY has
gone out of WHACK,
there's No SAVING IT NOW,
there's No COME BACK.

So, I'd rather have CONVERSATIONS
with the FRIENDS in my HEAD,
Then to DEAL with these FOOLS,
of This WORLD INSTEAD.
