You never said that you were sorry
Never to me, not once,
You never even asked to be forgiven
Instead you just gave me tape and gauze.
All the pain that you had given me
Was mostly because you had betrayed,
You never gave me an explanation
All that you did was give me another bandaid.
You never were honest and told me the truth
Your life to me was just a lie
And whenever I thought that I saw the truth
You then gave me another black eye.
I was there to help you carry your load
My help you never did refuse,
I then figured out that you were manipulating
Then you gave me another ugly bruise.
I finally heard all the truth about you
As others you knew called you a bitch,
Then I finally left you behind
But, after my wound needed another stitch.
