My Jane Beside A Lily-Pond Poem by james watkin

My Jane Beside A Lily-Pond

With a loveliness, water-lifted
And grass-stood, dreams evoke
Which influences which? Instructs
By an example unspoke?

What lies betwixt for a bank, blurs.
For what, of one, lily-pink
And other, lady-purple, each way
Seeps into; spreads o'er. Just think!
