The love that was once there,
with you i wanted to share.

Everything i had to offer,
lay out on the table.

All was there,
that i was capable.

My love was bare,
my love bold.

Your love for me,
felt nothing but cold.

You told me it was nice,
to have such a loyal love.

Seems as though you really didn't appreciate,
what we had to hold.

I cherished every second,
you cherished every tear.

How could you hurt me so bad,
when i cherished you so dear.

After all of the anguish,
and pain-staking nights,
the love of you is still there,
at no reasonable height.
