My Past In The Future - Poem by kayla fountain

never did i think i would go through this pain
i can never look at a man again
his hands on me
making me feel disgusted with myself
never again will i let a man do this to me
taking my pride and my purity

i told myself no one would ever walk, control, or talk down on me
no one would ever disrespect me
but the things i chose to do to keep me safe
pushed me so far away from you
now you got me scared, afraid, alone, and lost
i'm things i never was

our past at times bring about our presence, and ur present also brings about our future, so what ever we are doing we should be curious about what will happen next.
    you av trully express urself,
keep up the good work............................................... quit cool...............
