My True Friend Poem by Cookie Matzii

Friends are angels sent from above,
precious gifts from God that would surely give us love.

We might not be related in looks and in blood,
but they'll always be there for us even through a great flood.

They might not stay as long as we could possibly wish,
but they'll surely leave memories that would never ever vanish.

It's very hard to find a friend,
a friend forever that is true,
but I guess I've found mine,
and my true friend is YOU!
