My Val Gabriel Poem by Katherine Cobing

My Val Gabriel

My true love is my best friend
Young at heart but mature
In times, it's me he'll defend
Making me special, safe...secure

Always there to love and care
Guiding me in all my ways
In deep troubles, he'd still be there
Never leaving me behind in this race

A Shakespearean by the heart
Ruling my poetic love
Yes, I pray we'd never part
Though each others all we're gonna have

Reminds me that rainbow follows rain
Ultimately he would say,
Even true, 'we would still smile after the pain
Like as the night would turn to day.'

Oh, he protects me quite enough
Val Gabriel will never hurt me lest leave me
Eternally he'd stay the same; I never bluff.
Keeping me company for nobody sees him but me.
