My Window Poem by Cold Teardrop

My Window

Rating: 5.0

Im looking trough my window
seing two men kissing beneath a tree,
so I see a tree.

Im looking trough my window
seing sparrows drinking from the nearby lake,
so I see a lake.

Im looking trough my window
seing brighful images, should they set me free..?

Im looking trough my window
seing splendid sounds, a hissing snake

Im looking trough my window
seing heart-shaped clouds in the clearness of the sky
so I see a sky.

Im looking trough my window
seing flocks of smoke
so I see some smoke.

Im looking trough my window
seing only darkness, not knowing why.

Im looking trough my window
seing destiny had reached me with a heavy stroke.

Im looking trough my window
seing the intencity of flying words
and the bright and mysticism of a rhyming poet.

Im looking trough my window
seing nothing, seing nothing, seing nothing,
so I see everything.

Im looking trough my window
seing a cold dead body of a young boy, laying lifeless
next the pieces of some bloody glasses, laying breathless
left alone, and still alone for seasons passes,
so I see myslef

This is a very interesting poem. It leaves you hanging till the end. I like the structure very much. It kind of leads you on a circular path. This can confuse a reader if the pieces seem to be scattered. That is how they appear in this poem. Somewhat scattered. I am left with several questions. This makes the poem a bit of a mystery. Even with the clarity at the end. GW62
