My World, Then And Now Poem by james watkin

My World, Then And Now

Then I ran this wildly through it
One with my rangeless fancies
The birds that were swept along
Of those day-blown vagaries.

Now in a euphoric repose
Lovers of beauty confide
Stoop to kneel as worshipful
Each flower, female beside.
