My Yearning Poem by Sanji-Paul Arvind

My Yearning

My eyes yearn for your inner beauty,
That you will never show it, pity.
My ears are eager to listen,
The words that you will never utter, none.

My lips are eager to kiss,
That yours will never come forward, I miss.
My mind wants to store your memories,
That you will never let it happen, my worries.

My heart wants your comfort,
That you will never give it to me, no effort.
My hands are waiting to hold yours,
That you will never stretch towards.

My soul seeks to connect with yours,
One fine day it will break all walls.
Yet you cannot do anything about it,
The you that stopped will no longer exist.
