My Yesterday Poem by Randy McClave

If only I could visit yesterday once more
If only I could open that back door,
Just to step into that time once again
Then I could erase every error and sin.
Less women I would have kissed
More friends I would have missed,
I would had invested and not ever borrow
Then I wouldn't be so afraid of tomorrow.
I would have known what was right and wrong
Realizing now mistakes are very long,
I would have known the correct things to say
Then I wouldn't be regretting my yesterday.
