Myself I Can't Save Poem by Noah Body

Myself I Can't Save

Rating: 5.0

The eyes in the mirror stare back at me
Dead, empty pools with nothing inside
At me they stare. What do they see?
There's nowhere to run, nowhere to hide

A vortex sucking me down into a hole
A bottomless pit of crippling despair
That tears me apart and shreds my soul
Razors of agony way deep down in there

Cold lifeless orbs in the mirror trapped
Locked on my own with a deadly intent
To drag my soul down, keep it entrapped
Bury it there until all life is spent

A void that promises nothing but pain
Until the end comes and I lay in a grave
Endless tears falling down like the rain
There's no escape. Myself I can't save

The eyes in the mirror stare back at me wonderfully and this gives definite direction to the new theme. Very amazing definitely.10
