Nation Is Not The Ruler.



In a democracy, the majority rule.
In a monarchy, the kingdom rules.
In an autocracy, the mighty rule.
In a dictatorship, the usurper rules.

There is no system evolved to exist
Where the nation rules themselves.
The might is inevitably the rule.
The predator-prey policy continues.
