I almost died today
Moments after you refused to stay

It felt like the world was about to end

It was so dramatic and romantic
Yet it was so dry
I could almost see you cry
In the pain of catastrophe
When our souls divide

So what is hope
What has it now become
If any of this is real
Then I’m dead
My heart is broken
I couldn’t care less
Our souls are apart
And with it goes my heart
And my life

I see it now
The netherworld
The door to heaven
And the gate to hell

Which path will I take
It matters not
Wherever you are
I will get there

Game over for now
Let’s reload to where we left off
And continue our story until the end

When the time comes
The only real enemy left to fight
Will be each other

You're my own worst enemy
So mind as well put me out of my misery
Let's just end it now
I'd gracefully choose death
If it means I won't have to suffer anymore
In this world without you
