Neutralities Of Love Poem by Michael Matsuda

Neutralities Of Love

You're a book-smart devil
Forever Manipulating
Every time I quit
You are again tantalizing

To forgive and forget
My mind is now left torn apart
About everyday
Sorrows now kept from the world

What now am I to do?
Once romantic to friend anew
How can I stare at you
When my desires can't come true

This last stanza I write
Will keep me thinking of you all night
Such opportunities, I've had
At least a friend, I'm glad
