How can I take a beating?
I can only hold on for so long before the branch snaps.
How many times do I have to cry before I smile?
I can only take so much before I lose my will.
Who can help me get through this?
He brings a smile to my face no matter what.
Even from one conversation, I know that he is someone I can trust.
Who is he?
I can talk to him all night, and never be tired.
I can count on a smile and laughs.
He is by far the most trusted person in my life,
And maybe even one of the most important.
How many times to I have to fall out of love before I find the right one?
It keeps getting more complicated to find what I’m looking for.
Things should be simple so no one will be hurt
And no one will ever be alone.
I wish the rest of the world was like him.
Caring, sweet, funny
And always comforting.
If we could define the word perfect, he’d fit the definition.
I know I was meant to find him,
And I know Fate has a reason.
In due time, we’re to find this reason.
Regardless, there are no regrets.
And we’ll never be alone.
