Never Letting Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Never Letting

What I work for in life?
Since it is full of strife
Struggle for two square meals
Is that a big deal?

I tried to find an answer
I got instant quicker
It said" we live for eating"
For money collecting

If anybody asks about mission
We shall openly go for admission
Plead for ignorance and hide facts
As it might have hen revealed facts

Life is worth
But we are not worth while
We eat and make merry
There is enough of load to carry

We know life involves nothing
Except peacefully leading
Or spending with worries
Never letting to feel free

Not bad William van Nieuwenhuyze54 minutes ago A bit disjointed. Good thoughts, but spelling and strained rhyming made it feel forced.
