Nevermore Poem by janice etienne

Nevermore

Under the moon i see you
Under the moon i live for you
where have you gone my love, my king of the sea
I can't think of anywhere you can be but with me........ with me

Here above my window i dream of him
Sweet bitter roses come alive in the moonlight
but can it bring you back again, my only friend
where have you gone my love, my majesty
when will they bring you back to me

I'll wait for you until death
destined words rewinding beneath your breath
your laughs, giggles, tears are spared and has gone under
but I'll wait here I'll never surrender

Oh, when? (I'm screaming my heartbeat repeating)
when will they bring you back to me
I've never felt love like this before
i asked the Lord, my moon, when?
he answered 'NEVERMORE'
