New Awakening Poem by Dr. Madan Gandhi

New Awakening

We will continue to be caught
in bondage of false relationships
haunted by the fear of loneliness
our inner self torn by senseless strife

Until there arise within us
yearning for total transformation
spiritual rejuvenation
for realizing the serenity of harmony

Until we are made incorruptible by our efforts
become a flame to burn away all the dross
that diminishes our effulgence
the inflammable ashen dust will not reburn

Until we learn to live to love the humankind
with spirit of compassion fill our mind
happiness and peace will elude us
as all what goes with new awakening.
