Huge clock is time
With wheels within wheels
Within wheels in huge series
Moves world forward
To new from old,
To higher from lower
In endless progression;
End is new beginning,
And beginning to an end,
No stop anywhere
In circular revolutions
Wheels within the wheels.

Yet ingenious is man,
Finds his new steps
Where there is none
In time's vast expanse
To shed off the past
And refresh himself
In renewed vests
To face affront
New challenges ahead.

New Year is gift
Man presents himself
To invest in new wings
To explore new times,
Discover avenues;
It is new spirit
In common with all,
He loves to celebrate,
Raise his own bar
And invite new world;
Past failures are aplenty,
He dips it in oblivion,
Welcomes new sunshine
That refreshes the world;
It's new time,
It's new world
Of the renewed life
To heartily embrace
Like one's new bride
And create new life.

New Year refreshes life,
New Year intoxicates
With unexplored thoughts,
Takes to new hands
Of better possibilities;
New Year is hope
Of life in better shape,
Resolutions to streamline
Broken pieces of the life.

Afloat in endless tedium,
Brings a welcome break
And shakes up to new dawn
Every year new year;
It's man's device
To break from weariness
And fill in new spirit
For a fresh life;
It's new daybreak,
It's new sunshine
To push him forward
Year in, year out.
