Night Poem by Maria Yang

Night

Rating: 4.3

The stars gleaming bright,
brimming excitement for what might.
Warm gentle Darkness all round,
while our Hearts with anticipation pound.
There! There! Eureka!
A flash streak the noble blue sky.
Shining, white, slender, fair.
Fleeting, the heaven's silvery cry.
