Night Poem by uday balakrishnan

Night

Rating: 4.5

Night is fraught, frightens
It's screaming stillness awakes overwhelms
Await daylight, life's predictable conforming
A doorbell's ring a spoon's loud fall
The rattle of a train - there is life in noise
Time to sleep the sleep that night robbed.
