No Bird Can Fly Without Opening Its Wings. Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

No Bird Can Fly Without Opening Its Wings.

Rating: 4.8

No one can love without opening his heart.
No bird can fly without opening its wings.

There is no chance of lifting
oneself into any space
larger than oneself
without revealing the parts
we hold closest to our chest.

Entering a relationship without opening the heart
is to jump of the roof without spreading the wings.

Baby birds hesitate the first time out of the nest.
But once tasting the air, it opens itself and rise.
Trust in the power of lifting ourselves
by revealing what we hide.

Once revealed, all these emotions
will become our wings.

They say to follow you heart and do what your heart tells you, but our hearts were never designed to be followed, but to be led. Wonderful text Tony! ! !
