No Directions

Silicon, lime, iron, aluminum earth fired as clay
Mixed with sand, gravel and water to set for a day
Wet cement without forms I ran in all directions
I carry others footprints, too late for corrections

A white dust that now has become a fossil's mark
A slab of stone upon which people park
Washed earth, fired and dried born as concrete
From earth, sea and sky the path becomes a street
