No Entry To Sins Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No Entry To Sins

No entry to sins
Wednesday,17th Nov 2021
You had two paths
with clear faith
you were given birth to follow good things
and not to allow sins to operate
as a good human being
you tried to bring
disrepute and dishonour
and now you gently murmur
love stands everywhere
but creates no fear
you not only lost divine touch
but coughed out a bad omen
in a duress
you tried to face lies
went for excuses
and refused to accept reality
life can't remain the same
when devil has claimed
a refuge that was denied so far
but now allowed to settle here
