No firm ground rules

People may not want to hear
And express fear
That violation of rights
May lead to social fight

It is always apparent
At present
That rights and duties go together
We must be always aware

You may claim basic amenities
In societies
But constitution is silent
As to how it must be made mandatory at present

When you remind people
That there is struggle ahead
As justice is not delivered in time
And delayed sometimes

So it has to be told
Why there is helplessness in world
Why there is vast difference in what is said?
As no firm ground rules are laid
