Here take my hand sit me down, now is your chance
Dont try too hard its not forth a frown, its now that we dance

But I sit and wonder how is time elsewhere
Is it as dull, is it null,
this time, I do care.

My beating heart, I seated at the table
My soul that day, I tried but I wasn't able

No lie can't be told
to a goddess millions of years old

I try to reason her
She listens to no thought
It took me a while to gather
that for that she always fought

Fought my effort
without a care
Kept me looking for time elsewhere

A smile, I try to simulate
With fake interest, my face, I animate

She remains unamused,
time lost unused.

But she doesn't care
for time has no share
in the stock of light and glare
only to which she will dare

I realize she's right
So I stop the fight.

Never again
Shall my mind wander in
the holy space
where lies my soul's grace

never again
shall my mind wander in
close to the sacred dance
of Godly love's stance

I shall follow the flow
of sweet goddess's blow
of winds my way
making me sway
in a direction far from the foe
the foe inside you and me, that souls very well know.

I divert my eyes
A glass shuts the ties
between myself and the lies
I knew I cannot fool the skies.

There is a watchful eye
watching over you and I
There a sacred beat
echoing in the street

My soul, my magic
To loose touch with the soul is truly tragic
