there it is
the big joke is in the mirror
it is sad
and i don't laugh about it

but sometimes
i really do
i really do
when i am no longer bearable to
myself
when i am much heavier than
i can expect

because sometimes
we lie
we lie sometimes we lie
more often than
we can muster
