No Offense Poem by Pasquale DiMeola

No Offense

As these meek eyes gaze at you
Whether your cognizant or unaware
Just be mindful my intentions
Are anything but typical
As much as your presence awakens
Everything sacred in femininity
Need not be interpreted as licentious
There has been sunset so emotional
No artist could of ever captured
All the mixed feelings clashing awry
In only these few seconds I stare
Realizing there are more than seven
Wonders of the world
In passing.
