No One Knows The Pain You Feel
No one knows the pain you feel
They see you moving slowly
Trying to keep your life so real
Even though you are so poorly
The doctors say there is no cure
With a smile you keep on going
Your heart it is so big and pure
Helping others though you are slowing
O how I wish I had your power
And could smile when I am in pain
To endure such feelings each and every hour
It would drive me insane! ! ! ! ! !
