No Two Persons - Poem by Dr.V.K. Kanniappan

No two persons
Go together – They
Always quarrel!

For example
Our father and mother
They quarreled in the bed!

The result
is unwanted children,
like you and me!

Is there any couple plan
For a child while they unite!

Poet's Notes about The Poem

While I was studying M.B.B.S, My ENT Professor Dr.Sathyasankar, Mangalore used to say frequently during weekly discussions (on any topics above the sun and below the sun) on Sundays during 1966. He used to offer biscuits and Goldflake cigarette at the end of discussions to all.
