Not A Love Letter



Not a love letter

To you my dear Ex,
-to read and not mistake
-this with a love letter!

I passed by in my car,
-and saw you on a walk
-elderly, weak, alone…

Felt sorry that could not
-stop and ask you how
-could help you to smile
-though anxious deep inside.

We shared life and the bed
-and have made children
-you and I, both love them.

Right or wrong was away, when you said:
- "Your dad is not concerned! "

Must have sought attention
-when you made this comment,
-with, without intention!

You cut our relations
-raised knife and suspended
-all sorts of exchanges.

Your slip of the tongue
-turned us to two old dolls
-I, lonesome, you lonesome
- (ignore the why and how!)

Important are the kids
-and the things they must need
-to tell to, friends and partners
-as well our grandchildren!

With this I, want to say:
- "Am concerned and do care,
-am conscious, and search the..."
