When I break down,
It's not about you.
You need to learn that the me in me,
Has nothing to do with the you in you.

When I get angry enough to shout,
It's not about you.
You can't have it both ways,
Either I'm too much me or I'm too much you

If you could take a breath and stop talking,
maybe you'd hear what I'm not saying.
When I'm suffering and in pain,
It's not about you.

When I’m making stupid decisions
Let me, it’s not about you
This is my life not yours
So IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU
