Not Enough Poem by Katheryn Foley

Not Enough

I'm completely drowning,
I'm head under water
You can't hear me scream
Or see the tears that fill this pool

I never give enough,
I never open up,
Out of fear I live a lie,
Lies to answer the question why?

Am I dreaming?
I'm screaming
For you, my love
Are you leaving?
I'm bleeding
For you, My love

I'm tying the ties you left open
As you lay there still unspoken,
Staring at what you have broken,
Regret creeping up, your choking,

It's never enough,
I can't help you anymore.
