Not That Kind Of Girl Poem by Leanna Page Markgraf

Not That Kind Of Girl

As I close my eyes
I see a better place.
Instead of the disappointment
spread across your face.

I am not easy
so do not even try.
I am not that kind of girl
my job is not to satisfy.

If you want to get lucky
that is not with me.
Just move on
if that is all it will ever be.

If you only love me for one thing
then that is a petty crime.
If you think you will get anywhere
you are just wasting your time.
