Not That One Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Not That One

Not that one

Sun is out, weather fine,
Families rush outside,
Roads busy, occupied,
With vans, cars, motorbikes.

Men, women, and the kids,
Ducks, seagulls, and the geese
With water have much fun,
Not that one!

Mountain tops and trees
Kiss skies, no cloud,
Keep dancing in breeze,
Not that one!

Infamous wind, devil,
Studies and jumps in,
Being guest, even not,
Not that one!

The talk is about fish.

The water is clean,
And bright sun shining,
But fish is in hiding!

The fishers brought hooks,
And the nets and canoes,
The birds use beaks to pick,
Fishes run for hiding!

Swimmers and boaters
Play all sorts of games,
Together and single,
Disturbing the weakest,
The poor fish!

Wonder if one from
The hunters of above
Ever thinks about the
Dangerous life of fish?
