Not This Time

Was it worth it
Are you happy now?
You lost your kids
Your home
And almost your life
But is everything just fine?
Not this time
You've left us on our own enough
Time for us to grow up
And leave you on your own
Time for us to go off
We shall live on
And not make the mistakes you made
As the darkness starts to fade
The tears will be shed
Eyes watery and red
I'm going home now

'She' sounds like a hurtful person and one of whom you should have definitely let go. Good write.
