Nothing Poem by Stay out of my life

Nothing

Rating: 5.0

She sits in her lonely house and writes down these tears
but her piece of paper is soaked with her fears
the pen no longer works for the paper tears
her thoughts and her memories are for no one who cares

the well of thoughts run dry
the lamps light soon fades and dies
trash can full of reminiscences of untold lies
soon my heads aches and I rest my weary eyes

I slowly nod to the floor
the notebook slowly erases and the papers stand naked
as they reach out coveting the ink
pleading for my feelings to be written down
