Nothing feels real anymore, the trees are all dead
The birds flew away and the only sunlight is in my head 
I can't feel my toes, I can't feel my heart
And I could feel my common sense from the very start
My lungs are numb and it's getting hard to breath
You touched my heart without an interest of what was underneath
You didn't care how I felt as long as it would be easy for things to end
But it wouldn't matter because of those emails I didn't send
So take a step back because you've already won
You made my body and my heart feel totally numb
