I'm sorry I'm not perfect, I'm sorry I'm not her
I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you to love me more
I wish I was perfect, but I guess I'm not
And I guess I'm less perfect than I ever thought
But perfect can fade like dazzling sunsets
And perfect can become just like the rest
I guess that means I'm perfect too in my own quirky way
And I guess that means we shouldn't listen to what they often say
Because baby if you want perfect don't look at me
But just cuz I'm not perfect doesn't mean I can't love you perfectly
