Numb Poem by Arielle D'amore

Numb

Fire dances around me but I don't burn
Water surrounds me but I still breathe it
Ice freezes me but it doesn't stop me from crawling through the endless fog
Neither lost nor found
Just existence

Buried in the ground but my lungs still fill with air
Struck by a train without falling down
Ripped to shreds without becoming anymore broken
Is it better to feel pain or nothing at all?
