O Come And Welcome Salvation Poem by Gary James Smith

O Come And Welcome Salvation

O Come And Welcome Salvation

O come and welcome Salvation
While the welcoming is here
For there's a Saviour calling
Come near...come near...come near
The sin-haps you've experienced
Where satan has tripped you up
Can be redeemed by the grace of God
Straight from the Master's cup

Taste the portion of new found bread
And drink from the living water
O hungry heart and thirsty soul
Enjoy Heaven's alma mater
For God's old school from the beginning
Yes...He's the great I am
The Alpha and the Omega
The Author of Salvation's plan

For by His divine invitation
There's a banquet prepared by the Maker
And every soul that expresses repentance
Is guaranteed to be a partaker
King of kings and Lord of lords
The Highest of Royalty
Extends an offering hand of mercy
That acceptance depends upon thee

So come and welcome Salvation
While the welcoming is here
For there's a Saviour calling
Come near...come near...come near
The sin-haps you've experienced
Where satan has tripped you up
Can be redeemed by the grace of God
Straight from the Master's cup

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
