O matchless agony! Liberate me
I want to live, I want to be free
From thy ruthless bloody jaw
It chews all souls ripen or raw

Just fatigued of constant strife
Let me too feel bliss in this life
Nay nay don't depart once for all
Just few drops nectar and I'll call

I know, thou too have significance
I am but writhing for little balance
For too much now I feel O agony!
Like a fish with thirst don't kill me

O for a peaceful and painless feel!
O for the faith that knows not to kneel!
