Obeying King Poem by Randy McClave

Obeying King

If a girlfriend I could only build
That is, if God would allow me so,
Joy and happiness unto me she would yield
And into my life she would continually grow.
She would be the girlfriend that I have wanted
The girlfriend that I have truly craved,
Our love would be forever and undaunted
My destination to her would have then been paved.
Her eyes would be ever so caring
And her lips would be for understanding,
Her heart would be for sharing
And her hands would be for helping and handing.
Her ears would be for patient listening
And her nose, just for cuteness and twitching,
Her hair would always be glistening
And unto me she would always be bewitching.
She would always and only be devoted to me
And of course she would not ever lie or cheat,
And her and I would always be a forever we
As we walk hand in hand down the street.
She would be my forever queen
And of course I would be her obeying king,
There would be no secrets from us between
To her my heart would always sing.
If I were only allowed to build her
She would be my life, my love, and my forever mate,
She would be the girlfriend to whom I could easily confer
That is, if God would only allow me to create.
