You’d be in my arms if sick
I’m the one who said I’ll take care
You are my one and truly embrace
So many mistakes but no regrets

Now our time has come
Yet I’m tired of people getting in my way
What the hell?
Can’t they just die or go away?
Just when everything is coming out so perfect
Something has to blow it!

But for no reason I’ll let anybody mess with our lives again
This was meant to be
We have said it
We have done it
We have fought for it
Now it’s done and you’re to be mine

I’ve become so egocentric and egotistical
Which to people say it’s wrong
But to me it’s a way of protecting what I want
And having what I’ve got.

Silence… wait… it’s coming
Behind… look… watch out
Don’t let your conscience eat ya
Am I even realizing what’s coming?

All I can continue doing is protecting what is mine
Don’t let anybody grab it nor take it away
Be careful and fly away.
