Occupation Poem by Etienne Charilaou

Occupation

the garden is small
the flower is huge
a bumble bee gathers from flower to flower
Who has a job like mine
to gaze upon flowers and bumble bees divine?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem was inspired by Honey, a poem by Cigeng Zhang:

Honey

The garden is big
The flower is small
One day a bee happens to
stop on her petal
Oh, even you are so small
You are as sweet as my honey
