Ocean Poem by Daniel B Kelleher

Ocean

Rating: 5.0

Oceans beneath lies aquatic kingdoms
Manmade monsters plunder their riches
Mans greed has now moved to our seas
Monsters beneath struggle to survive
Numbers of their species are falling
No one cries stop blinker eyes
Destruction caused unseen beneath
Man and his monsters finish harvesting
One more atrocity to our oceans
To be completed as they head to shore
Scatter to our oceans their litter
Not only do they over harvest
Catastrophic damage to marine life
