Illuminate my day - oh wretched sun;
You meander about as gallantly as the stars.
Your fire lightly dims my open eyes
And does nothing for the empty heart I hold within.

Illuminate my path - oh wretched moon;
You pace as steadily as the clouds.
Your shine does little for my soul
And does nothing for the empty heart I hold within.

Illuminate my life, my loving husband.
Your fire does wonders for my soul.
Natures beauty cannot rival our love
As you are all that fills my empty heart.
