Of Beautiful Souls Poem by Esther Hadassah Sendeza

Of Beautiful Souls

Beware of beautiful souls,
Uncontaminated and quiet.
Restful but awake,
Souls that are deep and honest,
Souls that are gentle and kind.

Souls that are light like feathers,
carry rocks to throw if they have to.
Souls honest and quiet,
Will cut you open loudly when betrayed.
Souls that are pure and gentle,
Can become ruthless and rough when they need to.

Souls that love deeply,
Are capable of hurting you,
and watching you bleed to your death.
Souls that are peace,
Have weapons of war that you can't see.

Beautiful souls,
Gentle, honest, deep, peaceful and kind,
radiate an extraordinary love and light.
Beautiful souls,
Need to be treated as such,
For sometimes if not,
They can become the opposite,
And destroy you to pieces,
Without a second thought,
When you become the enemy.
